About

In this class, part of our Animation Principles series, you'll explore how manipulating form and figure enhances movement, mood, and storytelling within an animated object. You'll experiment with your chosen material for animating (stop-motion or hand-drawn). And you'll analyze and explore different methods of exaggeration of shape and movement to grow visual storytelling and characterization skills.

The course will begin with a short lecture with examples followed by a guided workshop session. You should be prepared to have a lot of patience.
