About
Learn a technique similar to smocking. You'll start by threading a needle, then learn how to create a grid, interpret a pattern diagram, and sew the pattern into the fabric.
You'll learn the history of this technique and be able to view examples of your instructor's fiber work. Reference books will be available for perusing, inspiration, and samples. You're encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and become inspired by this beautiful technique.
You'll complete a piece useful for home decor and find inspiration to explore further!
