About
Bring your love for fried chicken, bold flavors, and a craving for that satisfying crunch. Of course, chimaek means your fried chicken will be paired perfectly with a cold can of maekju (or mixed with soju!).
Learn the secrets behind the double-fry method that gives this dish its signature crunch, along with how to craft a homemade Yangnyeom glaze that perfectly balances sweet, spicy, and garlicky flavors.
Plate and garnish your chicken to recreate the experience of a classic chimaek night at home, complete with an ice-cold can of Korean beer — just like they do in Seoul.
