About

Dive into the rich flavors and cooking techniques behind Jeyuk Bokkeum Ssambap. You’ll learn how to prepare and marinate thinly sliced pork, then cook it in a gochujang-based sauce. You’ll make a balanced, spicy-sweet  gochujang sauce, and stir-fry vegetables to complement the flavors.

You’ll explore how to serve Jeyuk Bokkeum with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, and traditional Korean side dishes. The vegetable assortment (a variety of lettuce, perilla leaves, chili peppers, ssukgat, napa, cucumber) with the ssamjang sauce offers a unique, refreshing experience of Korean cuisine.

Whether you’re new to Korean cuisine or a seasoned home cook, this class offers a fun and flavorful way to sharpen your skills and enjoy a delicious meal together. Gain confidence in Korean cooking techniques and ingredients, and take home printed recipes and cooking tips for recreating the dish at home.
