About
Join Chef Meloni Courtway for a Take-and-Bake Pie workshop. Learn to master perfect butter pie crust (and get past any pie trauma you may have) and assemble a gorgeous crumble top apple pie to bake or freeze for a later date.
You'll also make a second crust dough to take home to assemble, bake, or freeze for a later date.
Details
- You may bring your own pie dishes, but it's not recommended to freeze ceramic or glass pie plates. Metal pie tins will be provided.
- BARN’s kitchen facility regularly uses ingredients on the FDA’s major allergens list. This class uses milk (butter) and wheat.
