About
Learn the tricks to making beautiful glass mosaic art suitable to hang outdoors. This class is your ticket to brightening the entrance of your home, adding pizzazz to your patio, or creating a focal point in the yard. Learn mosaic techniques such as cutting, arranging, and grouting, and unleash your creativity to design a piece that reflects your unique style. This offers a fun and inspiring opportunity to create a beautiful, lasting work of art for your outdoor living area.
You'll choose one of three design ideas:
- Celebrate your house number.
- A purely decorative design.
- A hanging mosaic for the yard or garden.
Details
Although there are no prerequisites, it may be helpful to take an introductory two- to three-hour mosaic class first to become familiar with the process.
Project
Materials
A $20 materials fee, included in the price of the class, covers everything you need.
Class Policies
- Ages 14 and up are welcome.
- Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required in the Glass Studio at all times.
