About

In this class, you will make an attractive 8” x 8” plate inspired by Klimt’s garden paintings. This class is perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics of fused glass, as well as for those who want to have fun playing with color and practicing whimsical design.

In addition to fusing sheet glass, you’ll learn how to integrate stringers, noodles, rods, and frit into your glass pieces.

Upon completion of this class, you will be able to sign up for open studios, where you can come in and practice your new skills.

Diana Lister

I have been playing with glass since the mid 90s. Originally a potter, I became interested in fused glass after attending the Beaux Arts festival in Miami. From fused glass I went on to explore torch work, casting and stained glass. Glass is such a versatile medium. I’m constantly discovering new way to manipulate it. I enjoy teaching and sharing the joy and excitement of working with glass.
