Project

Here are more details on this month's projects!

Glass Arts Studio - Use pre-made glass beads to make a unique macrame bracelet, necklace, or key fob.

Jewelry & Fine Metals Studio - Sort through hundreds of beads and learn how to make a colorful memory wire wraparound bracelet, or two, or three.

Media Arts Studio - Learn about the Media Arts Studio equipment and voice-recording tools. Then record your voice, podcast, stand-up routine, or song in a mini recording session.

Metal Fabrication - Learn how use the plasma cutter and make sheet-metal art with Bob in the metal shop.

Print & Book Arts Studio - Learn how to make ink prints with Styrofoam plates. You will have the option to design and create your own cards or small art prints.

Woodworking Studio - Help make a scarecrow from wood and tree prunings that will go on display at one of the publicly owned farms managed by Friends of the Farms. Give it a personality - it can be fun or scary. The possibilities are endless.

Writers Studio - Are you ready to put your vocabulary to the test? Join us for the ultimate Scrabble showdown! Show off your linguistic skills and go head-to-head with other teen wordsmiths. Grab your tiles, summon your inner lexicon legend, and let the wordplay begin.

Casual Crafts in Great Room - Bring your own craft project to work on, or enjoy one of our casual craft options while listening to music. Each month we will provide new self-directed, casual craft activities. This month we will be providing mandala rock painting, alphabet bead bracelets, and mini canvas paintings.
