About

If you're looking for an excellent plant-based meal to add to your "meatless Monday" rotation, join us as we make this hearty and nutritious soup. Discover the perfect blend of herbs, spices, and cooking techniques that make this classic dish a comforting delight. Your instructor will guide you through specific ways to chop your vegetables, how to prep the lentils, share tips related to making your own veggie stock at home, and show you how to pair it all with a refreshing wine.

At the end of class we'll pull up our chairs, enjoy a meal, and share some wine!

A materials fee of $30, included in the price of the class, will cover everything you need.
