About

The 2024 summer games are coming! You can combine art and technology to create a robot that represents a sport included in the games and bring that robot to life through code and electronic components like motors, sensors, and lights.

You'll use common crafting materials like cardboard, paint, and paper to make creations based on the sport you choose. Your imagination is the limit!

You'll start by being introduced to robotics kits: Micro:bit and the HummingbirdBit. You'll explore the different components and how to use them, and code them using a block-coding app named Birdblox. Then you'll learn different cardboard building techniques and mechanisms you can use for your creation.
