About

Pici, a delightful pasta shape, held a special place in my family culinary tradition. It's hand rolled, resulting in irregular strands that give it unique character and charm. Learn how to prepare the dough, roll it out, and shape it into quirky pici pasta.

Additionally, you'll learn to make a fresh, flavorful pesto sauce to complement your pici perfectly.
After tasting our creation  with a glass of wine, you'll take home two portions of pici and pesto to savor at your leisure. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience!
