This orientation will provide you with training and information on how to sharpen knives using the Tormek knife sharpening system.
You'll be using BARN knives for your orientation, but you can also bring one personal knife to sharpen as well.
This orientation is a prerequisite for the Culinary Arts Focused Open Studio: Knife Sharpening.
