About

Learn a variety of woodworking skills by building this nightstand. You'll start with plywood pieces cut to make a nightstand about 16 inches high, wide, and deep. You'll be able to customize the final height as you design and shape the legs.

Learn how to join the pieces using dowels and glue, how to make and install the drawers, and how to cover the edges with strips of solid wood to give your piece a finished look.

Depending on timing, you may be able to rub on an oil finish in the class, or you may go home with instructions and enough of the finish to complete that step at home.
