About

Review concepts surrounding small-batch coffee roasting and discuss what to consider to coax the best results out of your favorite coffee beans. You’ll learn what to consider before, during, and after the roast so you can be successful producing delicious coffee.

You'll get an introduction to BARN’s Bullet roaster, with hands-on experience roasting, and take home some freshly roasted beans.

Details

This class is a prerequisite for Focused Open Studio sessions where you can use the Bullet to roast your own beans (or purchase them from BARN) with a monitor present.
