About
Weave around a form using prepared western red cedar and other natural materials like loose seagrass, waxed linen, leather, and reed. The purse will be finished with a flip-and-fold rim and a leather flap secured with a handmade clay or wooden button. A faux-leather strap is braided and attached.
You'll learn plaiting, twining, reverse arrow, three-rod wale, twill, and three-strand braid.

- The purse will measure about 6 by 4 by 1.5 inches.
- Feel free to bring decorative beads and embellishments to make your purse your own style.
Materials
A $95 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers everything you need.
