About

Ragù alla Bolognese, a delicious meat and tomato sauce, is a hallmark of classic Italian cuisine. Giovanni will share with you the essential steps to prepare this popular northern Italian dish. You will cook the sauce and learn how to prepare fresh pasta. Giovanni's recipes rely on his Italian culinary background, fresh produce and quality ingredients. You will also learn how to prepare a vegetarian version ragù by using today's excellent plant based alternative meat.

At the end of class we will taste our creations with a glass of wine. Buon Appetito!
