About

Cold steel is hard, but hot steel can be molded and shaped with enough heat, the right tools and skills. In this class, you’ll learn to forge an owl in hot steel, and form a hook on the other end.

This is a fun, full day in the blacksmith shop. You’ll heat steel in the forge until it is glowing yellow-orange. Then you'll use hammer, tongs, and punches at the anvil to reveal the owl within. Learn how to look at metal in a new way and entice your creativity.
